You sit relaxed while the measured values are displayed on a screen in real time.


The first session lasts approximately 90 minutes and includes a detailed energetic analysis, an individual conversation and initial recommendations.

This is followed by a comprehensive evaluation:


  • Biofeedback analysis including evaluation (90 min, anamnesis, approx. 3 hrs follow-up: expert evaluation).
  • For sustainable success, we recommend at least eight coordinated biofeedback sessions for competitive athletes. Only through repetition can the nervous system firmly anchor new patterns – comparable to regular muscle training. This way, regeneration, focus, and performance are optimized in a targeted and measurable way.
